Thanks for the heads up, just bought 10x of them. Reviews are scarce, but positive: https://defensereview.com/mwg-mwg-ik-520-40-round-steel-reinforced-polymer-ar-15-magazine-5-56mm-223-rem-good-to-go-initial-dr-range-report/ https://sadefensejournal.com/feeding-the-black-rifle-a-close-look-at-current-magazines/ https://www.armoryblog.com/gun-gear-reviews/review-mwg-40-polymer-ar15-magazine/ https://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2014/02/26/gear-review-ik-520-40-magazines/ What I liked reading here over PMAG -Steel reinforced feed lips ala Lancer -9.25" OAL, vs the 9.5" of the PMAG 40, so a bit shorter I have a 9" long Torkmag 40, and that 0.5" reduction in length really makes a difference in the feel / look of the mag inserted. I'm hoping the 9.25" feels closer to the 9" then then 9.5". |

| Got my order in yesterday. Loaded 2 up. Dropped them on the floor in the basement, carpet over concrete. Every other drop the top round moved forward about 1/4 inch. I thought the top round would pop out since the rounds wanted to pop out from under the feed lips when loading. Need to get out and do some testing. |

Went to the range today with the MWG mags, took two of them fully loaded. They functioned perfectly with slow and rapid fire. No malfunctions at all. One thing to note that when fully loaded with 40 rounds they are hard to seat on a closed bolt. Took a firm smack to get them to seat on a closed bolt. Rifle used was my suppressed 16 in Midlength build. Totally worth $6 a piece, and I now wish I bought 10 instead of 6
