From another thread I learned they are quite a bit longer than using and have more spring coils than they need. Could they be modified, and reliable, by cutting a few coils and or shaving the follower legs? |

The old Gen 1 PMags could be cut down into lower capacities, some folks in ban states made 15s. I made a couple 25s and they're pretty cool. An inserted mag is about the same length as a grip. |

I’m confused by your original post, you are saying the 20 round Pmags have too much spring and the follower can be trimmed to be shorter, so that once done you can get 25 rounds into a 20 round pmag? Does that apply to the straight ones, the curved ones, or both? Might have to try it with 1. |
