4.6x36mm was an experimental cartridge developed between Spain and Germany (Heckler and Koch) 1964-68. It was for the experimental H&K 36 assault rifle which was never adopted. Various cartridges were made. The "Spoon Tip" was designed by a Doctor/ Engineer Voss. Its a boat tailed bullet with a lead core and copper jacket. (Original ones had Tungsten core with lead point filler) The bullet tip is beveled, causing it to tip and yaw upon impact.
