I've been switching between my Coyote and Black SOPMOD's on my other SBR lower and this is not helping my case. That CAR look's right at home though.

I was switching between my black LMT Gen 1 SOPMOD and the N1 the other day. I've got the LMT on it now. Musical stocks, lol.

I've got several shaved Colt A2s that I could swap to, I just like the A1 for some reason. AZ_SBR used to have the same A1 I do, maybe he still does. He swapped to be more proper with the A2 profile lower.

"For operatory operating during operations" is the legal answer ;p.

The usual is "For all lawful purposes" or "For collection and all lawful purposes."

ETA: I put "Investment and all other lawful purposes."

ETA: per my buddy they are black and were used. He suspects from eyeballing them, pretty low round count. He did tell me they look ugly because of he way they were clamped in the cruisers removed a lot of the finish on them, but sounded to me like nothing a little rattle can or cerakote wont fix. Still hoping it shows up in the UPS system this evening. If not, I'll have to see what's up.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them - including my RC - and never had a problem. Hopefully, that streak will hold :\.

your form 1 will absolutely be approved before your form 4 from june. I have gotten 3 e-forms approved in the last week, just a few days after the ATF received my fingerprints (sent priority) and about 10 days after submitting the form. I just submitted 2 more on Friday and mailed the cover sheets/fingerprints today. I will say that the 9-12 month wait has really been good for my wallet.

One of those lowers is for a cqbr upper that I still don't even have yet. eforms be too fast.

Pretty much lol. My wife took the day off so I figured I better get out to the range while I could. Its perfect. Not only have I always loved LaRue mounts, it made my EOTech feel like an EOTech again. I just cannot crank my neck down to absolute cowitness height comfortably, plus like 9 out of my 10 EO's have been lower 1/3rd. Felt like home again.

Thanks again bro

Not with Wolf Gold or 5.56. With steel case I've never personally had an issue, but others shooting it have had short strokes. So, really close to the line.

Of course, that was quite a while ago that I tried steel case with a Sprinco Blue/H3. It'd probably work fine now - I'm sure my gas port has eroded a bit since then.

Both my DD 10.3" and Andro 10.3" will cycle anything with an H3 and standard spring. How many rounds do you have through it? Might just need to break in more.

Yeah, I used an H for the first 1,200 or so, and quickly went up to an H3 after that.

Is anyone rocking the Vltor A5 system with the A5H4 Buffer?

I ordered the A5H4 buffer to replace the current A5H2, Hoping that will cut down the excessive gas in the face while running a suppressor.

I first hit up the manufacturer (they usually send you screws) but since I hear its discontinued that could go either way.
My second route is ACE Hardware. Take the mount and elcan with you if you don't know the proper size/pitch. My local one even has a whole cabinet of "gun screws" and I'm guessing one of those would fit.

If my memory serves me correct the Elcans ship with M3 (metric) flathead/slotted screws for the MRD to Elcan mount. I have replaced my slotted screws with M3x6mm hex screws because my Docter is mounted to the MRD mount with M3 hex screws as well. I can't remember if the Docter to MRD mount required M3x6mm or M3x8mm.

ETA: Fun fact - the rain sights (BUIS) on the Elcan use screws sized at M1.6. Probably impossible to find anywhere! . Well, maybe in Canada since my Elcan was made in Ontario eh?
