The MRDS mount on an NF Ultramount, the Mil-spec ATACR 1-8 with NF logo caps, the thermal looks like it could be a SkeetIRX, and lastly the OG A2 grip. Pretty neat. |

Surefire? Or Dead Air? |

In the only two pictures we have of the combo, 1 is a clear as day visible 416-SD and the one above is under a wrap but you can kind of see the black body of the can poking out of the suppressor wrap, leading me to believe it is also a 416-SD |

They use both FDE and Black 416-SDs on the 14.5 G uppers.
semi related to that, the FDE M4-2000s are getting assembled finally. |

@LsuJon Do you know if they are DD or G barrels in those uppers?

View Quote Pretty sure that’s a VooDoo. Ocular lens on the VooDoo sticks out way past the battery cap like that whereas the Skeet is way smaller and even with it. Plus I know they have them. I’ve owned 3 mil-spec ATACRs, including one new in box, and they all came with one of the caps with a logo. I believe photos we’ve seen where both caps are logo-less is just caps from another scope being switched, just like here I’m guessing one of them is from another scope. One of mine is also the new DMx reticle and I have seen some with the alignment line and some without. Didn’t we try MRDS mounts attached to NF rings previously and they didn’t mount? Or are they different/compatible on 34mm versions? |

NF should just leave the logo on the parallax/illum knob. Overall looks much cleaner. I don't think anyone has tried to see if the 34mm MRDS ring caps will fit the Ultramount. I just assumed NF had slightly changed the screw spacing. I haven't owned both at the same time unfortunately. Hopefully once Baldknobber Arms finishes insight ring repro, he can test fit it for us. |

View Quote Agree on the NF logo, looks better without them. Would be interesting to see if they’re compatible with the mount perfectly or if it’s more of a “the screw went in and made it work” kinda thing. Pretty cool setup nonetheless. RIP, sad story it sounds like. 😔 |

Dev has been using a lot of G.
Noveske contract should be coming to an end soon. |

Bill Rapier is using an NX8 in an UltraMount with a Wilcox Aimpoint micro mount top ring.
If the 30mm screw pattern is the same, I’d bet that the 34mm is as well. |

So @2keylows had already did the ground work for it and we would only need 25 minimum if I remember correctly . However, we didn't continue at the time cause we still don't have any ITW pics of them so wasn't sure of the demand for it. There is also still some details with the rails itself that need to be worked out. |

Somewhat OT, but I know Noveske says to clean SS barrels before using them for "break in", but does that apply to built uppers and complete rifles? Need to know if I can shoot it right away or not.
I assume they're test fired? |

Couldn't hurt to give it a once over anyway. |

Spent hours talking with me about the issues and sent pics of exactly what he was talking about. If you take anything from this thread, take what Utah is saying and think about it deeply. The guy isn't exaggerating and has done everything to troubleshoot. The juice with DA just isn't worth the squeeze right now. I was excited about that Lazarus suppressor but now I'm just disappointed in DA. So far no issues with my Sandman K, but I fully expect a baffle strike soon. The can will need a new KeyMo welded on to it soon as well. So yeah. Find an AAC suppressor or hold off if you can. |
