mega monolithic upper. CMMG stainless evo kit. CMMG 6.5 barrel. Tac65 suppressor. Kies mk2 trigger.
its all sitting on my SMOS billet SBR lower...but i have a mega billet lower waiting on SBR paperwork that will go with this upper.

Bushmaster 14.5" M4 1/9 barrel with perm Izzy Comp, CMT flattop receiver with Colt carry handle, CMMG .22 conversion, Surplus Arms & Ammo lower, Stag LPK, Spikes milspec 6 pos receiver extension, M4 stock body, M4 double heat shield handguards, side swivel sling mount. I had a ton of parts so this dedicated build was pretty cheap. |

CMMG dedicated, wanted middy handguards so I moved the gasblock up. Although I have a YHM lo-pro gasblock coming and am thinking I'll be using that instead. Once I get a mount it'll have a 3.5-10X scope on it. Also, I installed a regular dust cover on it, hopefully that will work alright.

I picked up a PSA lower during the after Christmas sale, at the time I wasn't sure what I was gonna do with it.
I had a CMMG conversion kit that I switch between my AR's, I liked it, but I knew that I wanted a dedicated .22, Looking around Brownell's website one day I found the CMMG .22 barrel so I knew then that was my next project. I looked through the parts bin and found an old A2 upper and a Rock River commercial M4 stock and buffer tube plus a bunch of other small parts, and realized that I had almost enough parts to do it. I ordered a Del-Ton LPK to finish the lower and picked up the barrel hardware from Brownell's when I ordered the barrel. Here's what I ended up with.    Using spare parts that I had laying around, the whole project set me back about $300, well worth it. Shoots great, I found that I was getting a fairly wide pattern with Federal value pack ammo, but when I switched to Remington Thunderbolts it tightened up real nice. Can't wait for it to warm up so I can get out and play with it some more |
