It's a night and day difference honestly - to me anyway. I had a standard mil-spec trigger in my Mod 1 and then eventually picked up a Geissele SSA-E - no doubt it improves accuracy. |

Can I ask some dumb questions about buffer set ups in relation to the MK12? Obviously the rifle originally came with rifle length set ups in the fixed stocks. Is there a loss of performance when switched to carbine length tubes and buffers (sopmod, car, etc) or can one not really tell the difference? The reason I ask is I have a JP silent captured system in my 10 inch gun and I guess I really like not hearing that sound. There is a positive that the sound helps you know the gun is working. If I stuck a JP SCS in my fixed A1 (with the spacer to make it the right length) and I compromising performance for sound? Thanks Gents |

The only thing the JP Silent Capture System captures is your money. Seriously....why spend ~$100+ to eliminate the "sproing" noise when all it takes is a finger dab of CLP??? I'm going to rebrand some Break Free CLP as "Spring Sound Eliminator 3000", or "SSE 3K" for short. Sell it cheaper than JP for $30 per 3oz bottle and retire before the age of 30.  |

I have the DMR as well, a good trigger is definitely something that makes shooting fun as opposed to a chore.

Finally got the chance to fix one of those small details on the Mod 1 that has been bugging me. Big thanks to ABNglocker to selling it to me.
Also, do any of you have a crush washer laying in your parts bin you'd be willing to sell/donate? It would seem that I've removed and installed my Ops brake too many times, and now the crush washer is too flattened out. I tried to time it like I used to, and it gets super tight before it gets anywhere close to where it should be.
