Anyone have one of these? https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-sabre-10-forged-20-308-rifle-with-12-5-quad-rail-and-a1-stock-black.html I am looking to pick up another large frame 308 before the ban in Virginia. I've read mixed results on accuracy. I am going to put a 3 to 15 or 3 to 18 on it for a precision type rifle. thanks!!! |
I have a 16" and its a fantastic shooter. With good glass it shoots better than I do.

@JD2395 I have that barrel on mine that was previously a 16" sabre (buddy got the same rifle you linked but bought a M110 barrel for it and gave me this one unfired) and getting good accuracy with 168gr SMK and ELD-X loads. I had poor grouping with several different 175gr loads, which was surprising, but I am happy with it. I have a 3-18 Primary arms GLx on it currently. Attached File |

It really prefers lighter loads over heavier. It shoots Winchester m80 149g like some freak of nature. |
