Looks like Magpul has really vamped up production on the PMAG's. I've seen lots of 5 and 10 packs on gunbroker going the length with no bids. I don't see why anybody would pay $20-$25 for a PMAG anyway........

Got my Mags today from M.A.G.S. LLC.
They were on backorder, but I knew that and the prices were worth the waiting. 30 round black Magpul 5.56 @ 14.95 30 round Teflon with anti-tilt follower @ 12.65 Packed up really nice. I would order from them again. Thanks Eric |

I seem to recall reading somewhere that MagPul had a huge contract with someone for the black mags, so that was where they were heading and why we were seeing more of the non-black mags reach the market. Whether that was fact or fiction, I can't tell you. I keep wanting to order a sample of every model in colors other than FDE (that just doesn't seem to blend in here in the Georgia woods and seems to be the most available color now), but no one gets a selection of colors in at one time to let me do that. Guess I'll have to wait a little longer. I'm not complaining though, because I did score the 6 OD N/Ws from Palmetto and the 5 Black N/Ws from LaRue a few weeks ago.
