Anyone know anything about this?  It isn't on the SIG site, but I do see handgun ammo now using Barnes on their site.

I'm curious to see the box, mostly to see what speed they claim it is loaded at.

At one point, Wilson Combat loaded 110gr Tac-tx at 2400fps, and it was pretty fast stuff in my fairly new (one was brand new barrels).
5 shots in a brand new 10.5" = 2261 fps!
5 shots in a 9" = 2213 fps  

That actual Barnes loading are not all that super fast.  I think the Black Hills loadings are a tad faster.

I'm also wondering if they are loading Tac-tx for military reasons?

Did a bit more digging, and that chart comes from the SIG 2024 Military catalog from their website. (PDF)

It shows that page (24), and also page 56 list the specs for the ammo.  
SIG 110gr Tac-tx will be listed at 2150 fps from a 9" barrel.  


Also, Euro Optic has a generic picture for this round, but they are the only one showing a White and Black (generic) SIG Elite box (like the 120gr SBR version) and a Tac-tx bullet.  All the other sites have different generic Sig boxes and non Tac-tx bullets.

Now in stock at several places including PSA.  But at +$40 a box, I'll pass.
