Yes, we're in the Interregnum, things probably won't sort themselves out til the government can't appeal the ruling 60 days from now. But with the decline of the appeal so far, amazingly, it looks like the Can & SBR/SBS/AOW rules may be gone for good. What are you going to buy/build? I have 3 ongoing builds and the planned barrel length just changed on two of em. Cast off 16" carbine gas barrels just got CHEAP. 14.5" clones no longer need to be pinned/welded. Masterkeys don't need a stamp. Cans don't need a stamp. Suppressed Masterkeys on 10.5" suppressed rifles don't need a stamp.  Or do you go through the safe w/ a pipe cutter & make your bullpups 18" OAL car rifles? We've been held hostage by the loud 16" rule for very nearly a century, I'm curious what your safe looks like a year or two from now. |

Still have nfa in ohio but I have a colt commando lower, colt upper, and 11.5 colt heavy barrel I want make an fbi hrt rifle with. Or maybe just a plain colt commando wit a RAS. Can put a brace on it but I'm not in the mood to build it out after finding out we aren't free here.

| Not much, really. I want to do a 6ARC ICAR receiver MK12-ish rifle in tan, finish my Gordy-ish clone, and probably do another 10.3 to go with my 11.5. I only have two 16" rifles left, and one of them is staying that way. The other was planned to be cut to 14.5 anyway so that's not really anything new I've planned. |

| As soon as it gets straightened out in GA, all my braces will get replaced by stocks. At least three hunting AR’s will get shorter barrels. Several cheap shotguns will get lopped off. Then I’ll start getting serious. I’m hoping some specific barrels will come out already suppressed. |

Good morning all. First: Lucky to be a native (ancestors pre-Colonial fur traders) Mainah. This state is a bit schizo mix libtards and normal Americans. Maine is a...um...mostly free state. I too am waiting for the libtard shit-storm that's commin. Second: Humorous film annalogy relating to my just recently assembling a 20" Anderson barrel because it was dirt cheap and wanted to try the brand. Film is 1993 Clint Eastwood "In The Line of Fire." Secret Service Agent haunted by his perceived failure at JFK assination. He grudgingly gets assigned back into high-profile protection duty. He's working with smokin hot Rene Russo. Clint is in his hotel room suiting-up for his shift. Getting all his communication, safety gear, side-arm perfectly fitted and ready for duty. Rene Russo wants to get frisky just after Clint gets his tie perfect and about to leave the room when Rene bats her eye-lashes. Clint lands a perfect line "Oh great. Now I gotta take all this shit off." That's how I'm looking at my newly minted 20" Anderson barreled upper receiver. The 20" barrel I want replaced with a 10.5" barreled suppressed. Been avoiding the entire NFA Stamp deal for decades and daydreamin. Just waiting for all my excusses to be confidently cleared. |

Will put a stock on my braced 11.5. May build a 10.5 Upper. Will be investing in a Surefire Suppressor. I already have the 4 prongs and Warcomps P&W on some 14.5s. Joined the GOA again in case that does matter when the dust settles. I appreciate all of the work the 2A organizations have done to make this happen! |

| It's interesting, I already have an SKS & a Ruger Mini-14 for ban state travel, so I don't really need a "compliant" AR. A friend sells a lot of 7.5" pistols, but I really think that's likely shorter than useful. I'm thinking 10.5-12.5" is probably what I'll build. |

| Belt fed sounds like an awesome thing to play with, but I really don't have the time to spend with links and all the associated aggravation of keeping a belt fed running, nor do I have the ammo budget to be able use and abuse one like I would prefer. It's the reason I skipped buying a used 911 a few years back. Sure, I can buy one, but can I afford to keep it running and use it like I want? I'm really glad it's an option though, even if it isn't for me. |
