Anyone know where I can find a handful of the sling swivels and screws commonly found on M4 butt stocks? I'm really scratching my head on this quest!

The swivel itself is the same as on an A2 butt stock, but the screw is shorter.

Some of the multiple parts kits with the swivel/screw/and stock latch components that I got had the wrong thread pattern screw in them for the sling swivel. Think it had a 12-24 and the thread is a 12-28. Screw would make about one turn and stop. When I emailed they sent me two more of the same with the wrong thread pattern for the sling swivel.
Cheaperthandirt had a Doublestar pack of I think 20 screws on sale for maybe 10 bucks so I bought one of those. |

My issue was the swivels and screws included with stocks recently purchased from a fair sized vendor were substandard imitations of what should have been included. Not quite flimsy, but definitely a cut corner. The stocks were fine. I submitted a review reflecting my impressions, vendor deleted it.
