That green is sick... I dont know anything about the HRT guns. If the rail is 10 instead of the 9.5, what barrel length do they run?

They use an 11.5" heavy profile barrel.

Is that buffer tube Geissele too? Or is it the Leapers UTG? I've been getting impatient with Geissele not releasing their DDC buffer tube and thought about picking up a Leapers. I just don't know if they are good quality at around $25.

Thank you! It is one of the Colt 4 pos factory anodized take offs that were available last year or two. It is my HRT clone with an LPVO, just can't do a red dot. Haha, even lucked out with one of the greenish taupe KAC 99051's to match the rail.

Thanks, yes sir. Its the SOCOM 1.93" mount. I love it because it keeps your head more upright and when you bring the weapon up from the alert position the eye box is perfect, for me atleast. I took a course with the Yeti last year and he is an advocate of the height or alittle higher, tried it on a demo gun and I was hooked. It feels great. I now run 1.9 mounts or with a riser on all my guns now. Also, I utilize night vision with a laser at 12 oclock and it clears as well and is also alot easier for shooting passively with an NVG.

I forgot Colt made anodized tubes. There's a green one right now on that gun brokering site, but green would look pretty weird on the full DDC build I'm doing. I guess I'll take a chance on the Leapers. Might hold me over until Geissele releases theirs.

Whaa? where are you guys finding these? That one isn't even marked Federal... I don't think I've seen a 10" G rail not marked federal? I've got an upper with a FBI heavy 11.5 that has a URX on it, but I'd change that out in a heart beat if I could find 10" G rail. Seems there are more out in the wild than I even thought, though still pretty damn rare. I wish they would just release the damn things

So far we have 10 inch FBI MK4s, non FBI 10 inch MK4s and MK16s on full Geissele rifles. Those aren't MLOK slots, they're for indexing the lugs on the back of the rail sections. they take the load off the bolts.
