 Sabre Mixtape Vol.2 - Building a New Beat | Product Update - Palmetto State Armory I dont care about the 338 ARC Mixtape so much as the ICAR recievers. Depending on how much more OAL the magpul mag offers could offered endless wilcat variations. I know the LWRC has been around awile, but I've never managed to get my hands on one or ever see the magazines for it in stock. |

Itd require a metal mag to take advantage of about a 10th of an inch . It didn't happen . Now do the SFAR ... you've got over a half inch to play with . For whatever reason that is a dumb idea . |

PSA updated the progress on Facebook, AAC included their version in the middle of a video released on YouTube. Please note the changes in the upper receivers These receivers take a larger diameter barrel extension. This will allow 6ARC and 6.5Grendel or the 6.8SPC to be loaded to higher pressures. At which point, 6ARC does not actually equal .243WIN but for me it is close enough. db |

The .30RAR is far too ambitious for these uppers but... I have wondered about the Wilson Combat .458Hamr and if it was possible to resurrect the .30RAR in that rifle. The Hamr has a rim diameter of .473" the RAR has a rim diameter of .492" The bolt face could be opened up. db Edited to add: CMMG also has enlarged extensions for some of their rifles in 6.5G and 7.62x39. The bolts and extensions were based on .308AR design. PPS: Bill Wilson has already developed two .30 calibers for hunting with an AR-15, I would be surprised if he has not already considered this. |
