What are your thoughts on this scope? It has the 1 min elevation adjustments and 1/2 min windage adjustments. Reticle is the mildot non-illuminated. I have the opportunity to get a like new in the box example at what I think is a pretty decent price. What is a decent price for one? What do you think of yours if you have one? |

Pretty sure I paid near 1k and it was tier one, back then. I revisited my old one recently, on an sfar. Still good stuff, but I gotta say the Chinese? (Not sure) griffin 1x10 I recently bought has better glass. Still, the LR/T would be a good buy at the right price. Possibly the 34mm tube on the griffin makes the difference? Idk. I probably would buy at 500. Maybe 6 if I really wanted one. We have so many new optics that are just plain better. If he bought new he probably paid about 900. |

| There was a time when a Mk4 was a good, reliable, scope, that was used on duty guns everywhere. It has been left behind by more modern technology. If you want a retro gun, or if you still think it’s 1995, a Mk4 is a good scope. If you want matched turrets, smart reticles, FFP, or any modern features, you’ll have to look elsewhere. The prices seem to be between $600-$1000, depending on the exact model. |

The cloners have pushed the prices up on them to points it is annoying. If it is the 30MM main tube model then I have one that is the same or nearly so. I love it. Yes it is heavy and long and it would be better if it was MIL/MIL but I still like it and find it works for me very well. At that price I already would have bought it. If you buy it and don't like it let me know and I will buy it from you. |
