I assume it's a gas problem? It's a carbine length osprey system. First few rounds the bold moved back half way, after that the bold did not move back at all. I have to manually extract the round by using the charging handle. Anything in particular I should look at?

maybe your gas block is not secure, and walked forward a little bit, so gas port is not partially blocked.  that will affect bolt carrier action.

one reason why OEM gas piston guns like to have the gas block pinned.

I'll check it out. I was at the range myself so I couldn't have someone else fire it and watch the piston for movement.
