OP's rail is probably a old and early Midwest Industries rail. Or maybe a rail they produced for a 3rd party gun manufacturing company. Maybe even a prototype that escaped.

Or maybe it's a Chinese knockoff of a MI rail.

These are Midwest Industries rails. And the etched logo matches.
