i have less than 60 rounds through my new anderson am15 and the firing pin broke i see no other issues no exess oil of buildup no burrs cracks etc what else should i look at before i install a new one

Besides it being an Anderson product, have you been dry firing it extensively?

Might have just been a substandard firing pin.

Maybe it was not quite right or there was some tolerance stacking and the firing pin was wrong and the bolt was a little off 2.

You could contact where you bought it and they have you try another one. And maybe try moving it in place and seeing if a lot of drag.

Any weird scratch marks on side of pin parts?

Firing pins breaking is incredibly rare
