I was unloading my d-60 and the last 2 rounds got rotated a bit and it was a MFer to get them out. Does this happen often?

Whatever you do, don't hold the lever and shake upside down.
this leads to having to disassemble the whole thing to get the last rounds out.

I need to unload mine, last time I did it was at the range. But that was loaded with .223.
Not trying to burn 60 rounds of M855…
But then again? I’m not too worried about long term storage and don’t see myself using it at the range anytime soon :-(

I unload mine with a Fostech Echo trigger. It has worked flawlessly, fast too.

Would the pencil trick work on it? It should, since the mag lips are the same. that way, tension is always held on the rounds underneath?

Can’t you just put the mag in an AR and cycle it manually to eject the cartridges? Or is that a no-no?

of course, but not if they are mis-aligned.
