Basically dealer pricing $1116 for any model, and $1226 any model with brace.
Currently available on-line. https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_search/787450829541 |

That's like 2009 pricing. I'll definitely be grabbing a K for that price.
ETA: I just looked up what I paid for my ATI MKE back then and it was $1225. Never thought I'd ever see imported MP5s that cheap again. |

Quoted: Dealer price, normal people won't see them near that price View Quote Drop shippers on the internet will sell a gun $5 over cost. Tombstone and battlehawk and those guys. I got my KP9 when battlahawk ran them at cost + the credit card processing fee + $10. I do think the new price would be hard to pull off until their current $200 rebate program ends. IIRC, its going on till July or August. |

Actually that is higher than the dealer prices I have already seen from large distributors

Update: Already available on line. $1170 & up.

Jesus, who would have thought we all got taken at ~1400 after rebate!
might need to dollar cost average mine and get a 3rd. I wish these people made an SD version. |

If the rebate is still good with this pricing that’s under $1000

Dammit, century. How about importing some collapsible stocks. Kick the bottom out of the $800 ones.
|
|
century is the importer and this is their new pet project to promote. century is known for bringing in larger and larger batches of guns each batch larger than the previous. for instance they imported egyptian maadi akm rifles and the quantity batch was so large the quality control went out the window and they were never imported again as century picked up romanian ak imports.
the biggest romanian ak shipment that i learned about was a shipment with 1 million wasr rifles and draco pistols all in one shipment due to political climate years ago. this could be a signal an even bigger shipment deal has been brokered and guns need to start moving faster with massive incoming shipment. just a guess. its odd that so many models are available with 200 dollar rebate onging until august and this happens before the rebate is over. it seems kind of panicky to push these that hard. maybe there is fear in the importers mind that they wont be able to market them with braces, could that be a factor? |

All the websites selling this only show a single stock photo. The new *AN listing is not on century's website yet.
I'm thinking they dropped the $200 rebate and perhaps the flash hider, pic rail, and crappy plastic case and passing that savings on to the consumer. They do list it as coming with 1 mag now instead of the 2 or 3 in the other SKUs. |

It becomes a bargain if you already have all of that extra shit and just want another AP5... I'm tempted to get another full size clone at this price... |

Well damn! i just bought one for $400 more! Excellent buy - highly recommend. I hate to, as it’s Turkish but it really is a good weapon. I got the K.

View Quote Or if you dont want all the extra shit. I always shoot suppressed, so the flash hider is useless to me. I'm using their pic rail. But if they didn't include one and had to go shopping for one, I would have picked one less bulky. And the plastic case they shipped it with, that thing is a joke. So they can keep that. But the 2 mags will be missed. Even if you already have a big stack of mags, 2 more would be better. |

I see dealer pricing indicating a version shipping with a brace, but I can only find links to purchase without the brace.

View Quote I thought my 1599.00 ap5 with a brace was a good deal. I get 200.00 rebate brings it to 1399.00 but still looks great. I Guess the LGS gotta make some money. |

These all seem to have new UPC numbers that are NOT eligible for the rebate. Choose wisely. Still some good prices though.

I am new to this gun- what do I need to know about it? which is the best model to get? Accessories?

Family added the AP5-P a bit after the full size, just bought one. $1199 shipped.

Aside from the massive price difference, how does this compare to the SP5? Any regrets going with one of these rather than saving my Pennie’s for a while longer and going with the HK?
