Just to make sure I'm understanding this right. If I were to book in a complete, new pistol from a distributor, and wished to separate the slide from the frame and sell them separately: Upon sale, this remanufacturing would go on my AFMER, right? And if my AFMER (manufactured or remanufactured) goes over 50, I'm on the hook for the 10% on everything on said AFMER? |
