My 1022 has been set up with a new barrel scope forever.  For whatever reason,  I am thinking about turning it into an M1A carbine replica.  I know I saw something similar years ago.

Is this possible? If so,  who would be the most likely vendors for the stock and parts?
Thanks

There was a M1 and M14 clone 22 LR where the base rifle was a 10/22 sold by Kingston Armory but they are out of production.   Here is a link to someone who cloned a M14 variant discussing this on rimfire central.

E Arthur Brown sell stocks and sights to help a 10/22 look like an M1 carbine.

Probably works a hell of a lot better than my old Iver Johnson M1-22.

That's a cool looking conversion, may have to do that with a 1022 reciever one day
