Which manufacturers are top shelf?

I finally decided to pickup a BCM barrel and they are OOS :(

I want 11.X inches (.3 or .5 are common with acceptable ballistics) and CHF, HPT, MPI, preferably 1:8 twist but 1.7 appears common.

Spike's 11.5" pencil is made FN and checks all the boxes. It balances really well. Otherwise Geissele, Centurion, and Black River make CHF & chrome lined barrels that all have better tapers that gov't profile. If you are okay with gov't, you can add Daniel Defense to the list.

As an owner of multiple triggers, I always forget that Geissele makes other good stuff. Thx.

I'm a huge fan of Daniel Defense CHF barrels if a quick and easy COTS solution is required. Otherwise, KAC for the metallurgy and bolt.
