I’d also second the ECCO, although I don’t have one myself. It was made for 5.7, and isn’t just a 5.7 rated .22 can. I have a 5.7 pistol and a SBR’ed P90. I’m using a NYX on the pistol mainly to reduce the muzzle flash/blast since it’s my wife’s nightstand gun. On the P90 I can feel the action finning faster with a .22 can on it and didn’t like that for longevity of the P90. I’m running a YHM Turbo K on it and like the feel of a 223 can on it. If I was starting from scratch though, I would go with a can that is made for 5.7 like the ECCO, or maybe Griffin’s larger .22 can. I feel that a normal .22 can just doesn’t have the volume or design to handle the “massive” 5.7. |
