Any South Central Kentucky FFL dealers willing to do suppressor transfer without a form 4 right now?

I've purchased my suppressor from silencershop and it's ready to ship however it seems like most if not all of the immediately local FFL dealers right now are waiting for ATF guidance before transferring suppressors to customers without form 4. I know there are some FFL at dealers out there that are transferring them. Any advice on where to send this suppressor to? Thank you

When you do a dealer search at SS, you can filter for dealers that do a 4473. That’s how I found one near me. Once you find one, I’d recommend calling to verify before you hit that order button.

I understand that but I have not found a dealer that isn't processing these transfers as Form 4. The only one that looked like they would work had actually closed down.

It seems to me that all of these dealers are waiting for "guidance" from the ATF to move forward.

Pawn shop in Winchester, KY is doing them, but don't know any down Glasgow way.
