I noticed Ranger Point Precision makes a Thumb Screw to facilitate easy Stock separation from your lever action receiver tangs. Do any of you use one? I have 14 SBR's and very small rifle cases to transport them but none of my cases will hold my Lever Action rifle. If it's easy to separate the stock from the receiver whenever you want I can use any one of my cases. What say you? |

I noticed when I shoot my lever action the thumb of my shooting hand sits on top of the factory screw. I guess it would be uncomfortable with the thumb on top of that knob. |
