If you read the book War Baby, during their WWII Era manufacture, the businesses that built them were also building shitty carbines. IIRC The best off the line M1 Carbines were built by National Postal Meter. AO may have improved their rifles by now, of that I am not sure. I am 100% positive that Fulton Armory is GTG. |

Saw this thread, was curious about the answer due to the same SBR rifle. Man I wish Fulton would do a threaded M1 “advisor” pistol that could more easily be SBR’d by the rest of us. But man I’m jonesing for an M1 Carbine SBR now. |
