I have an airsoft Spike's Kaos stock system made by EMG. EMG Kaos stock system I was trying to put a milspec thread folding adapter on the buffer tube but the threads are the wrong size. The threads on the EMG buffer tube are the same pitch & depth as milspec but slightly smaller in diameter. The buffer tube has a removable back plate held in by a single screw, assuming to allow access for a battery,if that's any help. The female threads on the EMG Kaos receiver are 27.50mm in Dia while the milspec buffer tube threads 29mm Dia. Anyone know what other buffer tubes are made like this? I either need thread specs so I can print a folding adapter or another manufacturer with the same same thread size that might make a folder? |
