Senate passed the $901 Bn NDAA. In there was a section releasing to CMP suplus shotguns like they did with the M1911s. Don't know what models will be release. Now headed to Trump for signature. I've heard most the Win 1200 were destroyed. I used that shotgun through the 80-90s in SF. Still had one I maintained in Astan till we shut down in 21' and returned back to Army. US ordnance bomb proofs on the gun. British Pattern 1913 bayonet I purchased locally there. Blades were made by Remington for both Pattern 1914 and M1917 rifles. Same bayonet used on all US shotguns till the 870 and M500s which use the M7/M9 bayonets. Current Mossbergs and M4/M1014 Benellis have the Ordnance bomb proofs. I've never seen the M26 MASS. My unit in Iraq had a bunch of the 1200’s Guys using them got pretty inventive and/ or ghetto modding them- pistol grips, side saddles folding stocks etc. they were old when we deployed but not used much ( NG unit) but got pretty beat up on deployment. Not much of a shotgun guy, but wouldn’t mind a military marked 1200 for old time sake. While we are at it, how about a surplus M9 ( carried one on both deployments- can’t believe I didn’t record the SN’s at the time but never thought there would be even a glimmer of a chance they might hit the surplus market ) sort of surprising honestly they were replaced. I don’t see the 320 series as some massive step forward ? |

It will be interesting to see what is available. I wouldn't mind another to go with my Stevens 520-30 and my Mossberg 590A1. Attached File |

Highly doubt any Model 10s will be offered. But since this is C&R section Remington Model 10 |
