Title is the question. Do I need a pic rail adapter for a PEQ-2 or can I direct mount it? Is that a thing? Is there a specific screw and washer kit to get for this?

You need a mount. KAC use to make mounts that would use the threaded holes. Thay are usually several hundred dollars if you run across one.
Grab a surplus mount, AGM, or a larue mount. My .02 |
