Excellent.  I recall half a dozen years ago or more that had some issues with ejector blocks not fitting right. iirc it was a you fit yourself item then. The last batch or two they fixed that and come with the block installed.

Always good to hear that one doesn’t need to break out a milling machine to build a gun.

I was on the list a while back and passed when they called.

I have a 1957 kit on a factory inch cut Imbel. Excellent rifle and unknown who put it together but it runs perfect.

However a type 3 inch just doesn't look right.

I canceled because I found out ARS can put around 95% of the lightening cuts on it depending on serial number location.

Mine looks like it's right where he could get it almost perfect.

He can also remove lettering and add what he needs to to make it look like a 1957 BSA.

So that's the route I'm going.

Just need to figure out a way to get it back. I claim illinois as my state of residence. So not sue of legalities of picking it up when done. Not even sure of him mailing it to a place I own but not state of residence

But the rifle is out of state never to return here at least while the Fred Flinsone saftey act is in effect.

I own houses.in two states where it would be fine

I’d ship from the non blue state rule address.   I am pretty certain that factories, gunsmith, service centers HAVE to return it only to the address it was shipped from when other than an FFL.  I could be out of date though.   Here in my crappy state of NY if you get an FFL to ship it on your behalf it must go back to the FFL.  Here they would have to do another background check like you just bought it again.....for $9 fee to the state.   They went full on venomous after they lost the Bruen lawsuit.
