Same as every other booster. Keep the piston shaft liberally lubed with grease. Use high temp grease. If you run this part dry it will eat itself alive.
Inspect the piston cage for any obstructions where the piston teeth sit.
Check spring height and make sure the system has no play when assembled correctly.
Probably not needed, but I always wipe off the build up on the piston spring.
The threaded cap (left most part, below) will get all sorts of shit packed on the inside of it. Clean that out as necessary and check the o ring. Lightly grease the female hole on this part to help the piston slide through it freely and not pinch the o ring. If the o ring gets dicked up you'll need a new one. The last one of these I rebuilt, I was able to source the o ring at Ace.
You will need to do this approx every 250 rounds depending on type of ammo you're shooting. You can get pretty quick at it over time.
