That looks like an MDR/wlvrn with a body kit. Also Canada CAD laws are ridiculous. Also, nice burn on the MDR top rail holding 0 at 3:17. 18:27 barrel whip being due to the gas system. Something that I haven't seen mention anywhere in any barrel whip/tuner/harmonic discussion. 50:36, adding a gas tube to send the gas forward to the muzzle before it gets to the short stroke piston to fight port erosion and reduce barrel whip from the gas system. I like the design. |

Wow, color me impressed, some really new innovative ideas, a lot of application of existing ideas, just refined and improved. Well thought out, well executed *should be able to be mfg'd economically, he thought through that as well. I fell asleep around the 1 hr mark and have to go back and finish, he was just getting into the lower/controls. I'm a little disappointed he didn't refer to the Kel-Tec at all, either it's that bad, he didn't have access to one, or there was nothing about the kel_tec unique vs the other examples. Who is this guy, obviously some soft of engineer, but 'just a guy' who likes BP's for his 3-gun? |
