Form 4, Individual from Capital Armory for Griffin 30SD-K. EFT prints. 01/02/2026 - Docusigned an older Form 4 01/06/2026 - certified current Form 4 with Capital Armory; took 2 phone calls since I was at work, first was about 40 minutes and second was like 30, with it finally going thru 01/20/2026 - Approved in the morning; got the 4473 done, so hopefully will get this by my birthday (mid-February) Control #20268735xx Just sat down and did my 5 upcoming Form 1s. Two are going to be a pain; Rossi Overland didn’t have 12 Gauge as an option and CZ Skorpion didn’t have .32… but 7.65, which isn’t stamped on the gun. |

Two suppressor eF4s approved today! The new $0 tax stamp is cool.  Individual Certified and submitted 1/6/26 -mid morning via Capitol Armory. 5 tries for the 1st one, 2nd successful on 1st try Approved (with email notifications) 1/13/26 - 7 days exactly.  Control# 20267873xx & 20267876xx (300 between and submitted only about 4 minutes apart) So much for the doom and gloom predicted by so many glass half empty folks. I'm glad I didn't wait. |

4x Suppressors purchased through Silencershop on 30JUL2025. Documents submitted to silencershop on 31JUL2025. Got notification to certify in 07JAN2026. Due to ATF eforms page being bogged down it took two hours to certify three of the four on 08JAN2026. Came back on 09JAN2026 and certified last one on the third try. Just received notification today, 23JAN2025, that two of the suppressors were approved. These were Form 4 on a trust. 15 days for the first two. Will update when last two clear. ETA: 24JAN2026 - just before noon the third of four Form 4s cleared so I got to pick up three from the dealer today! Hopefully the next day or two results in the last one clearing! ETA 2: 26JAN2026 - the fourth Form 4 cleared on 25JAN, but since it was a Sunday my dealer wasn't open. Got it in hand the next day. Roughly just over 2 weeks to clear for all of them. |

Form 4 Individual Processed through Silencershop w/ digital fingerprints Submitted: 01/16/26 Approved: 01/28/26 Wait: 12 days Control Number: 20261753XXX **It was approved on 1/28, but I didn't find out until today, 2/5. Neither myself nor the LGS received an "approved" email from the ATF as we normally did until this year. Silencershop emailed and said it had been approved a week after the fact, along with a copy of the approved Form 4 attached. Eforms seems to be having some serious issues not sending notifications** |
Three suppressor eF4s approved today!  Individual Two certified and submitted 1/22/26 -via Capitol Armory w/ EFT prints. One certified and submitted 1/24/26 -via Capitol Armory w/ EFT prints No notifications from AFT  . Three email notifications from Capitol Armory only (kudos to them for staying on top of it ). 13 and 15 days from Cert to approval.

eF4 SOT-to-individual directly through eForms for a SBS Submitted and paper prints mailed*: January 27, 2026 Paper prints actually received*: February 02, 2026 Approved: February 12, 2026 *Although I overnighted my prints well before that day's overnight cut-off, I got caught in the ugly-winter-weather-so-service-guarantees-suspended; my overnight turned into six days. Therefore the 16-day turnaround really should have been 11 days, perhaps just nine days if we toss out the extra weekend this delay created. I predicted all sorts of chaos with the change to $0 stamps. I'm glad to eat my words. |
