Thought I would try this here before cluttering up the NFA forums with more form submission questions. When submitting an Eform 4 for a trust with multiple people/responsible persons on the trust, it is my understanding that all people will be listed on the form 4, with pictures and fingerprints uploaded, but that only one person will be needed in person when submitting the form, to provide the PIN and certify. Also, that a separate 5320.23 for each person will have be to signed and have the serial number on it and uploaded along with the other documents. Do I have that correct? |
