I just received my first approved SBR and in the the APPROVAL block it does not list any conditions Does this mean I don't have to mark it with my Name, City and State??

| That’s where special conditions go, if there are any. If there aren’t any, it remains blank. But, yes you still have to comply with the marking requirements as they are part of the law. The fact that they don’t list it specifically doesn’t mean that it doesn’t apply. |

Above posts nailed it. What you got is the common/normal approval without conditions when you properly fill out box "4h. Additional Description" with the markings you are going to engrave. Typically when people get approvals with the added condition reminding them to do the engraving, it's because they didn't put that info into box 4h. like it asks you to do. |
