| Does anyone know a gunsmith that would do this work? I have an old colt with LG. Pins. If I were to use a pin guage to take up the slack in the receiver and get the optimum size. Then send that guage with a piece of 17-4 h900 SS. to the gunsmith. Could they make me a pair of trigger/hammer pins? |

Make headless pins yourself: https://www.mcmaster.com/products/drill-rods/ Anyone with a metal cutting lathe could make the pins for you. Plus spares. The job is nearly trivial. Do you own a box full of gage pins, or plan to buy a handful? |
