Sweet looking designs. You guys did well!

Nice. Unfortunately I'm locked into dead air Xeno adapters and mounts. If you come up with tapered muzzle brakes for the DA455 hub adapter please let me know.

since it appears DA is not going to do really much to expand the xeno line up anytime soon, it would be cool to see other MFGs take on that demand.

xeno is a fantastic system. the problems are the lack of options. you get missionary-ass thread pitches and shit.

You mean this old thing, I have had it for a long time. At least 2 weeks.

I guess I should give it a review. It fit on the rifle, the explor30 fit on it and nothing blew up or came loose when I shot it. I dont know what else to say, it did what its supposed to do.

Same

Also same. A large bore brake would be lovely.

forward control design makes muzzle devices for the xeno line.

Since your brakes follow the Q Plan B/Rearden Atlas pattern on the outside, how about models that also follow the Q/SIG taper pattern on the inside?
The DT adapters don't protect the blast baffle.

These look cool. How do you like the bigger port size vs the cherry bomb?

An A1 inspired radial muzzle brake that doesn’t need timing and doesn’t cost $100 bucks. Perfect. Now chop off the external threads with a major OD 0.860 with a .0750 wrench flat and a 0.625 groove and you have a perfect gate lok muzzle device. Looks like you you are really close already. I will be standing by.

0.125” groove?  If you want a GateLok compatible muzzle brake for 5.56 this $15 KAK brake looks like it might work:

Sure, you have to time it, but probably kicks up less dust than a radial brake.

Not radial. Will need to be timed . I have a KAK comp. The OD is oversized and the wrench flats are undersized. Undersized wrench flats gives you waaay to much rotation.

ETA: The reason why this is import and to me is, if you have a light that extends past the rail you can’t access the latch. Which I do. If you have a NV illuminator or laser on the opposite side at the end of the rail, which I do depending on the rifle it is difficult to reach the latch . Especially if you are wearing a heavy glove to remove a warm suppressor. No worries not using an A2 type device. Kcan lives here.

Both 2” long brake & FH are a perfect length for a pin & weld on 14.7 barrels without needing any spacer.  Please consider adding a pre-drilled hole in the future (unless I’m missing it’s as a current feature).
