| I am now interested in my shotguns again and I'd like to stock up on wither 000 or 00 ammo. I am a bit worried about just randomly buying a bunch if there may be feeding issues. I had a Winchester 1300 Defender years ago that would not cycle anything but Fiocchi (it would double feed and jam up on a lot of different brands). I would be using said ammo in a 590 Shockwave, 590A1, 870 express magnum, and possibly a Remington Model 11. Any suggestions on what brand and where to buy between 200-500 rounds? |

You want base, mid or premium tier 00 or 000 brand shells, and what is your price range? iirc ammoseek, sgammo, trueshot etc links are on this site. For 00 needs/uses that works in all my 12ga shotguns is plain jane winchester super x 2 3/4" 1325fps 9 pellet. Last time I bought 25 rnd box was walmart at $28otd, pretty sure it's went up since then. |

I look at some of those vendors that sell police trade in guns often, and one of them had a good prece on buckshot ammo recently, maybe AIM or GT Distributors. I didn't look too hard, because I'm not currently in the market for any. |
