I’m currently looking into getting thermal clip on. I have the opportunity for an Iray H25 or SkeetIR-L. I’ve never used either…which way should I lean?

The RH25 is under a temporary price cut and can be had under $4K for a few more days.
As a clip on, this will work well up to 4X, some say higher. I've always used mine with a 3X ACOG for the most part. Very versatile also, put on helmet, dual bridge, dedicated weapon sight or clip on. |

RH25 has a larger sensor.

RH25 every time. The -L was not meant to be the same class as the RH25 and it is quite old and worse in technology. You can get a Wilcox flipper to work with the RH25 as well.
But of course discussion has been fragmented because it's Chinese. |

Of the people i know that own both they seem to have kept the skeet. Ive heard the software gets in the way of the rh25. I would like to read more feedback from people that have used both, not just the Rh25. I am not trying to be overly critical here, as i am contemplating a similar purchase.
