Is there any possibility of damaging an SR25 barrel extension by using a Geissele 308 reaction rod? Seems like it would fit. |

View Quote I'm not a KAC armorer but I would compare it to using a hex bit in a torx head bolt, or a crescent wrench on something. It may fit but not engaging totally right. So yes there's a possibility. |

Maybe not as different as current SR15s but I can't believe they are no different than run of the mill guns. I'm really surprised they aren't considered to be radiused at all. |

I get what you’re saying. Standard AR-15 bolt lugs are actually square shaped. The SR-25 lugs are more of a trapezoid shape, similar to the SR-15 bolt lugs. Since Knights was one of the first large frame ARs, I think other manufacturers simply copied the SR-25 bolt design. All my large frame ARs have the same shaped bolt lugs as the SR-25. But, definitely different than your standard AR-15 bolt lug. |

But then I don’t know what I’d do with the money... can’t buy a truck, can’t buy ammo, can’t by anything at a good price. Perhaps I’ll just sell and light the cash on fire so I don’t have to watch it erode away from inflation... |
