A new in box 82G recently sold on GB for $925.  A star grade Model 82G recently sold for $1600.

Around $800 is more typical. 5-6 years ago $500-$600 was the norm so they are continuing to rise in value.

A lot will depend on if the stock and/or barrel has a knife cut along one side.  There are a large number of these guns that were opened by idiots who used knives cut the boxes open and went too deep and put cuts in the stocks and/or barrels with their knives.  That hurts the value if you have a cut on yours.  They also shipped with a bag full of accessories, peep sight, and different front sights.  You'll get more if you have those also.
