Waited a LONG time to own a M134 Minigun but finally took the plunge. While not new, it’s in really nice condition and comes 100% ready for the range. Should be picking up in a few weeks.

IDK how many transferable there are, but I remember when one sold for $35k.

Sorry, should have mentioned that it’s a Post-86 MG.

HAHA - we do keep a lot of ammo on site, but probably not enough to feed this beast at 2,500 rds/minute.

Thank you, can’t wait to pick it up.

That's awesome. I'm gonna guess you might have your own range.

But if not, holy shit I'd love to see the looks on people's faces when you hauled that thing to the firing line at a range

So jealous. One of the few items that I really want to own one day.
Not sure if I could afford the ammo, but it would be worth shooting it.

Have to attend my buddy’s wedding that weekend.  Been trying to make it to that event for last 2 years.

What do they charge up there?

Sorry, meant how much do they charge to shoot to a minigun?  How many rounds?

Battlefield Las Vegas charges $350 for 100 rounds, which would be a ~3 second burst.

The Dillon stuff is ok but the new DTV upgrades are light years ahead of Dillon. Was that one of coots guns? Know he just sold a couple.

I mean when quality 308 is over a dollar a round, and Winchester fucking up all the lake city sales what do you suggest we charge to rent it? Federal used to sell linked 7.62 out of lake city for .55-70 a round when bought by the pallet or more. After Winchester took over it went to $1.10-1.30.

We are the only ones that rent a mini up there(TPImports) and the last couple the only ones that brought one at all. Todd doesn’t rent his, bord might but his is transferable and hasn’t been there for the last two shoots at least. Jason had one up there last year but I’m not sure he rented. We’ve offered discounts to our followers.

We(TPImports) rent our gun for $400 for a 200rd can. We’ve tried doing a 100rd but it takes just as much time to load the thing and the 100rd always seems short. Might loose some sales from the cost but let’s be realistic, it’s a mini gun. Have to pay to play.

Why must you be so far away from me OP?

I always said that machine guns were much more fun when the taxpayers were paying for my ammo but that’s cool. I always used the statement with cars that if you gave me a Ferrari I wouldn’t want to have to pay to maintain it. In this case I will say feed it.

I have seen people use the blue German training ammo with them but that seemed to have kind of dried up.

I wish Knob Creek was still around as shooters gauntlet is kind of a short range and has had issues with people getting hit with spall as well. I won’t be at the next one but a few of my guns are going with a buddy.

Nice !! I was at a shoot in Tennessee years ago and the only machine gun the guy brought was a mini gun cans of ammo and batteries all loaded in the back of a pickup truck. It was a hoot .

You win all the Internet’s. That’s so cool. Can’t imagine owning an actual minigun. I’d have to take out a second mortgage just to feed it.

For the embed option, you've got to use a "non Short" link like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjRd83R8MHw

Our new M134 Minigun!!! It's freaking amazing. Here's a 250 round test belt in 6 seconds.

250 in 6 seconds is pretty slow for a mini, did you set it to 2500rpm?

I'll let yall in on a secret. Practically all minigun owners run theirs at 3k rpm or less. Very few recreational or rental shooters set them up for 4500 or 6000.

Jesse James actually claims that his is one of two non-govt miniguns in the country that runs 6k rpm

Decided to go with $2 per round rental rate with a minimal of 200 rounds.  No limit on rounds.

Our initial order of 5,000 linked rounds arrived last week but funny thing is we had some crappy linked ammo that the 240B and M60 wouldn’t feed but the M134 Minigun ate that shit up.

We close for the rental season in 2 weeks so Minigun just going to sit in the vault until April.  Kind of a bummer to buy such an incredible weapon just weeks before we close for the season.
