Does anyone know of a replacement source? Iirc it should be a larger diameter knurled wheel with a threaded bolt, correct?

On the other side of the mount it is stamped...

Odd, I thought there was generally an E clip on the screw on the inside, maybe I misremember.

I had a gen 1 SAInc mount then a Smith mount.

appears the NSN is updated?   out of my league on that stuff..

I get this on a goggle search.

It looks like you are missing two parts.   The screw and the eccentric cam that it passes through.

The later NSN shows four component part NSNs.  

I suppose it’s the mount, the screw, the screw cam, and the dovetail block for the stripper bridge.
