Pouches appear to be of approx 1K denier nylon fabric.  Very stiff back. Internal fabric divider allows emplacement of 2 M1 clips.  Add closed cell foam to bottom (with drain hole) to suit height of .30-'06 or 7.62 ctgs.  Foam "spacers" will deter clip snagging on inside top edge of pouch.  Unique attachment straps on back will attach to PALS platforms, or to thin belts up to 2-1/8" wide; IDK about USGI pistol belt.  Pouch is probably too narrow for wider 5-rd stripper clips.  Internal 1" wide pull straps (1 for each cell) assist in extracting the clips.  NOS condition, and clean.

Not as nice as items from Olangapo Outfitters, but the price may appeal to some.
