I've been wanting to pick up a magwell for my mp5k clone since I picked it up on black friday. I'd like one of the Haga Defense magwells, but they never seem to be in stock. Is there a decent metal alternative? I've tried searching, but the only other ones I've found are 3d printed polymer ones. Thanks for any suggestions! |

Pretty much only Haga Defense's exist. There are indeed some novel approaches with 3D prints out there. Opinions are varied on how well Haga Defense's works and I can see why that is and why there are not many options out there. The connection of the mag well to the receiver is just a difficult thing to get right to work for everyone's MP5, not to mention the clones. Although I do not have much issue with my reloads, I would say the MP5 is actually a firearm that could definitely use an effective mag well. |
