Been watching. His channel is really informative (as is Paper Cartridges).
I don’t go to the extent that he goes through so I’ll probably never get as “clean” a powder that what he gets.
He purifies his KNO3, monitors the temps on his dedicated charcoal kiln, tumbles with an efficient tumbler and uses a 20 ton press (I use a 12 ton)
I would like to purify the salt peter and eventually put together a more efficient tumbler (PVC container instead of the rubber kind).
Right now Im concentrating on dry, well seasoned wood along with long milling times.
As he says; its more a combination of all the things done correctly than one single thing
If I don’t get there I’ll just use more lube on my patches
