I've been seeing a ton of 9mm PDW type platforms hit the market and prices are getting better. I currently own a CZ Scorpion and a MKE MP5K...both SBR'd. Of all the new one's, Kuna, Striborg, MAC, B&T,Sig, etc. are there any out there now that I should be looking into? |

I picked up a stribog sp9a1 (straight blowback) for $500 a few years ago and I love it. I do wish it were the a3 roller delayed but it shoots great as-is. I also run a Mat-9 straight blowback on an SBR'd AR lower. For that one I really wish I had the rdb version and may get one eventually. I would love to try the new Taurus but my brain says no more Taurus. |

You could “Nexusize” your Scorp. Not a bad idea to at least get their bolt for the OOB issues and a replacement roller delayed receiver. Then there’s the FRT. |

The DD is interesting if for no other reason it is compatible with a Partisan FRT. The gas blowback with traditional cans seems to bee an issue that is overcome with pass thru cans. That and cost are the primary downsides. I have a ton of Scorpion mags and now that Magpul makes them, I'm not too worried about them going away. SP10A3 is interesting but I worry about mag availability. Though the same could be said about the Kuna offering with imports always in the crosshairs of politicians. So many choices. |
