Plan to SBR a PPSH41 and was wondering how to enter the serial number in the EForm1 since the first 2 characters of the serial number are cyrillic?

Whenever I need to use Cyrillic, I use the "Yawerty" keyboard, from WinRus.com. I'd just use the appropriate Cyrillic characters when submitting it . . . or try to contact ATF first for a clarification. Do please post pics and updates as it goes along! 7.62mm, or 9mm?

By law Cyrillic don't count/can't be in the serial number. The serial must be comprised of Roman letters and at least one Arabic numeral. I would skip them in this case.

I would skip them in this case. I've seen Form 4 guns with just the numbers listed as the serial number. I would think to add the cyrillic as it is part of the serial number to prevent duplicates. |
