I'm new to the PS-90. I bought one used, which came with two magazines. I'd like to have a couple more. What has been your experience with other than FN magazines? I see some praise for the AR-57 magazines, but have yet to see any report - good or bad - on the Promag. I usually prefer factory mags, but if they really all perform the same, I wouldn't mind saving a few ducats. So, what's your experience or, what scuttlebutt can you share? |

Besides the factory FNH mags I have several AR-57 mags and except for the slight difference in appearance they have, for all intents and purposes, functioned exactly the same...which is too say without malfunction over near 5K approximate rounds of FNH factory ammo, American Eagle and some of the new Fiocchi. Great info, thank you! I think I will pick up a couple of the AR-57 magazines. That would be a significant savings over the FN product. And thanks for the tip on that website. Lots of goodies there, although the only thing I think I need now for my PS-90 is an approved Form 1.

| Don't get anything ProMag as the brand is pretty much garbage. At minimum I would get the AR-57 mags. Check Gunbroker as I have seen a couple dealers have the 30 round FN factory mags selling for only $36 and you can convert the mags to 50 rounds easily. |

Not sure where in GA you’re located, but Gun Shop in Walhalla, SC had a case of FN PS-90 mags going for a good price… maybe $25 a pop? Possibly $20. |
